1.Ready-made products
Unused ready-made products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a pickup; return shipping is free for serviceable pincodes.
2.Personalised and custom products
Custom miniatures, lithophanes and other personalised items are made only for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. You can cancel with a full refund any time before you approve your 3D preview.
3.Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and reship the item free of charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
4.Non-returnable items
- Personalised or custom-made products (except for damage or defects)
- Items that have been used, painted over or modified
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale
5.Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days by UPI or bank transfer to the account you paid from, and usually reflect within 1–3 working days.
6.Refund confirmation
We share the UPI transaction ID (UTR) or bank reference for every refund on WhatsApp so you can track it with your bank.
