1.Information we collect

- Photos you upload for custom orders
- Order history and communication with our team
- Basic device and usage data, such as pages visited, to improve our website
2.How we use your information
- To design, print and deliver your order
- To share previews, updates and support messages via WhatsApp, SMS or email
- To prevent fraud and keep our services secure
- To send newsletters and offers, only if you have opted in
3.Your photos
Photos uploaded for custom orders are used only by our design team to create your product. They are never shared publicly or used in marketing without your explicit written permission, and are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for future orders.
4.Payments
Payments are made directly to our verified UPI ID from your own UPI app. We never ask for, see or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking passwords; we only record the transaction reference (UTR) to confirm your order.
7.Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@3dcreationhouse.in.
